§1 Scope of Application and Conclusion of Contract
The operator of the website https://easyfind.it/ (hereinafter referred to as “website”) is RUBICON IT GmbH, Gonzagagasse 16, A-1010 Vienna (hereinafter referred to as “operator”).
Use of the website is subject to these terms of use. By using the website, the user accepts the content of these terms.

Austrian law applies exclusively, with the exclusion of conflict of law rules. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
For disputes relating to these terms of use, the court of Vienna has exclusive jurisdiction, unless it concerns a contract with a consumer under applicable consumer protection provisions.
